Removing Adobe Flash from a Mac
You do not need a third-party app to do this.
Launch Finder on your Mac and click on “Applications” in the left-hand side panel followed by “Utilities,” and you should be able to see all of the utilities installed on your machine. Adobe Flash is one of the utilities available here. Alternatively, you can get to that directory by opening Finder and clicking on the “Go” menu followed by “Go to Folder..” then entering in the following path followed by Enter:

If any apps that use Adobe Flash are open while you are uninstalling it, you will be prompted to close those apps before you proceed. You can quit those apps manually, or you can just click on “Force Close All” in the prompt.
You will be asked for your username and password once again. Enter them and click “OK.”
The uninstall process wI’ll initiate, and you should see the following on your screen. It indicates the Adobe Flash utility is being removed from your system.
When the Adobe Flash utility has been completely removed from your machine, you should see the following screen. Click on “Done.”
From now on, you will longer be able to see any content that is based on Flash – there are not many, though, as most contents is now available in other standards and not on Flash, so you should have no issues.
